Policies, Terms & Privacy

Effective Date: January 13, 2026

At A Plus Clutter Clearing, we believe in transparency, respect, and clear communication. The following policies outline how we work, what you can expect, and how we protect your information.

Our Service Approach & Follow-Up Care

Our work doesn’t end when your space looks organized — lasting results come from sustainable habits.

After completing a clutter-clearing project, we offer optional in-home follow-up visits at 30, 60, and 90 days to support your progress, reinforce organizing systems, and help maintain long-term results.

Organization is an ongoing process, and our goal is to support your well-being beyond the initial session.

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules change. To ensure fairness for both our clients and our team, we follow the policy below:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 48 hours (2 days) before your appointment may be done at no charge.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a non-refundable deposit fee of $75–$100, depending on travel distance.
  • When possible, deposits may be applied toward a future appointment.

This policy allows us to reserve time specifically for you and schedule our services with confidence. We always aim to be reasonable and work with our clients whenever possible.
